WhatsApp to chat. Twynd to decide.

From “we shouldhang out”to “let’s go!”

You drop a link in the group chat. Everyone says when they’re free and what they’d enjoy. All that’s left is to pick.

The “Léa’s birthday” group is at 147 messages. Still no date.

Three said yes, two said maybe, Mika sent a meme. Nobody knows who booked, and once again you’ll be the one chasing everyone.

Keep the group chat for chatting.

Twynd is the note on the fridge.

What’s decided is written down, and everyone can read it. No more scrolling back 147 messages to find the time.

Four steps. The last one is dinner.

  1. You start the idea

A title is enough: “Léa’s birthday”, “Ski in February”, “Drinks Thursday?”. You’ll find the date and place together.

  2. You send the link

In the WhatsApp group, by text, wherever. Your friends open it, pick a name and respond. No account, no app.

  3. Everyone responds

Everyone marks their free evenings in two taps. Twynd does the counting for you: the evening that suits the most people stands out on its own.

  4. You go

The date is set, Alex books, Sam brings the cake, Léa drives. All that’s left is to show up.

Go on, you’re invited.

This is what your friends see when they open the link. Add your availability, back an idea, check the overview. Nothing gets sent.

What’s inside.

Seven small things that save you 147 messages.

  • Availability

Everyone ticks their free evenings. The right one stands out.

  • Ideas

Dinner, bowling, a picnic? Anyone suggests, the others back it.

  • Votes

When you need to settle it, vote. Saves a 40-message debate.

  • Decisions

Once it’s decided, it’s written down. Nobody asks “wasn’t it Sunday?” anymore.

  • Who does what

Who books, who brings the cake, who tells Jo. Everyone sees their part.

  • Rides

Who drives, who rides with whom, where to meet.

  • Guests

A name and they’re in. Even your uncle who never installs anything.

You’re no longer the group’s secretary.

your old to-do list

  • Chase people who haven’t replied
  • Count everyone’s availability
  • Recap every other day
  • Remember who’s bringing what

It’s all written in one place, and anyone can check.

You get to enjoy the evening too.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Share a link, and they pick a name to respond and help organise. There’s no app to install.

What about organising a get-together?

You need an account to create a Space and find your plans again. Everything works in the browser. Installing Twynd is optional, but handy for coming back.

Can I start without a date or activity?

Yes. Start with an idea and share the link. You can find a date and choose an activity together as you go.

Do we keep WhatsApp?

Of course. You keep chatting in your group. You just drop the Twynd link in, and availability, choices and who’s doing what stay in one place.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Twynd opens in the browser, on phone and desktop. Nothing to download to respond.

How long have you been saying “we should catch up”?

Go on, plan it. Your friends are just waiting for the link.
