Twynd is operated by Enzo Tenorio Reis Pinheiro, in Switzerland. General contact: support@twynd.space.

Web hosting: Vercel Inc. Correspondence address published by the provider: 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Accounts and Space data use Supabase; providers and transfers are described in the privacy notice. The provider’s address is not Twynd’s address.

What Twynd provides

Twynd lets you create a Space for an event, suggest ideas, respond to votes, indicate availability and organise the group’s contributions. The organiser defines the Space and has decision and management controls; a guest retains the rights associated with their participation.

The launch is intended for people aged 18 and over in Switzerland. A link may be shared or opened from another country; this alone does not mean that Twynd is targeting that country at launch. No identity-document age check is provided; concerns involving a minor can be reported to support@twynd.space without sending their identity document.

Twynd does not physically organise events or book or sell transport, accommodation or other services mentioned by participants. The people concerned should understand and confirm displayed decisions and assignments with each other. Conversations can continue through WhatsApp, email or any other channel chosen by the group.

Accounts and shareable links

Creating a Space requires a Twynd account using your email address. A guest can join with a pseudonym and later choose to use an account. Keep control of your email inbox and do not share sign-in codes. Without an account, losing the browser session can mean losing access to a participation.

A shareable link can be forwarded. Its preview may reveal Space information before entry, and someone who receives it can try to join. Share it only with people you want to give access to. A person’s pseudonym or a prefilled place does not certify their identity.

Respecting people and their content

Do not post unlawful, threatening or harassing content, or content that infringes other people’s rights. Do not impersonate someone or bypass access restrictions. Before entering someone else’s name or sharing their information, make sure the use is appropriate. When you list them, tell them what information was entered and share the privacy notice, without waiting for them to join the Space.

You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. Entering them allows Twynd to store and display them to the intended recipients so the Space can function. It does not transfer ownership to Twynd or authorise other participants to freely use them outside that context.

Twynd’s text, visuals and distinctive signs remain protected by applicable rights. You can share the links provided by the service without suggesting that you represent Twynd.

Management, leaving and deletion

The organiser’s actions can change a Space’s state, correct a participation, remove access, renew the link, archive or delete the Space. Check a decision’s context before making a commitment outside the service.

Archiving keeps a Space readable; deletion initiates a purge. Deleting your account also deletes the Spaces you organise, but does not automatically delete your pseudonym and all contributions in other people’s Spaces. For a request about that data, write to support@twynd.space and consult the privacy notice.

Help and reports

To report problematic content or behaviour, write to support@twynd.space. Describe the content precisely, where it appears, why you are reporting it and how we can reply. Avoid sending information about other participants that is not useful to the review.

For a data leak or unexpected access, use support@twynd.space. No sign-in code or secret is needed in the initial report. The planned process provides for human review of a report, a request for clarification if necessary, and a reasoned reply on possible measures. To challenge a measure, reply to the message received with the information to be reconsidered. This process does not replace legal remedies.

Availability and applicable rights

Interruptions, errors and changes to the service remain possible. These provisional terms do not guarantee continuous availability or a support response time. Keep a separate copy of information on which an important commitment depends.

These terms do not remove any mandatory user rights and are not a blanket exclusion of liability. Material changes to these terms must be communicated before taking effect; they do not retroactively turn your contributions into permission for new uses.
